At the J. A. Walters Family YMCA, we offer an incredible array of ways to change and grow. We invite you to see how you and your family can enhance your time together, expand your world and become a healthier family in the process.
The YMCA has many activities and programs for families to participate in. Come try our 52,000 sq ft Family Center equipped with the largest Health & Wellness Center in North Georgia and includes: Wellness, Fitness, Exercise Classes, Aerobics, Two Indoor Pools (Lap Pool and Family Fun Pool), Three Gymnasiums, Teen and Youth Rooms, Child Watch, Food Court, AND outdoors we have a Playground, Skate Park, Soccer/Football Fields and more!
We also offer a large Multi-Purpose Room (MPR) which is available for many occasions:
- Host a Birthday Party in the MPR and you and your guests can also enjoy our awesome heated indoor pools year-round!
- Host Corporate parties, Conferences or Meetings in the MPR and you and your guests will have access to our entire facility as needed!

- Friday: 5:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 8:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
- Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. (ChildWatch remains closed on Sundays)
